Soul & Sovereignty Winter Solstice Hike

We will meet at the front of Arroyo Verde park and leave from there, no later than 8:40. We will hike and finish up under the trees. There I will guide you in gentle yoga for 15 min & a guided meditation. Finally, we move into light discussion, divining with our cards & journaling with the intention of creating a self-care guide for ourselves as we prepare to greet the winter season. We will plan to be back to our cars no later than 11:00.

Required:

• -Good walking shoes

• -Light backpack filled with any snacks & water

• -Bug spray/sunscreen recommended
